2. Meet with us & view homes that meet your criteria
3. Select the home
4. Write the offer
– Negotiate counter-offers if needed
– Go Under Contract (Pending)
5. Obtain Title search & commitment to ensure free and clear title
6. Get a home inspection
– Negotiate repairs with Seller (Inspection objection)
– Agree on repairs with Seller (Inspection resolution)
7. Order appraisal and complete loan processing
8. Loan package submitted to Underwriting
– Loan approval
– Loan requirements, will need underwriting again after Buyer meets requirements
9. Lender Clear to Close (CTC)
10. Settlement Statement issued by Title company. Wire instructions NEVER provided via email!
12. Final walk-through of property
13. Closing Day, Congratulations!
– Possession date, Move In!!!
