1. Seller Contact information:
– Your phone numbers (home, work, cell, other)
– Spouse’s phone numbers
2 Your lawyer’s name, address and phone number (If applicable)
3. Mortgage instrument & Mortagage note
4. Mortgage info: Institution, mortgage account, and present balance
– complete form approving Title Company to order Loan payoff amount
5. Determine exclusions
– Personal property
6. Assemble ANY/EVERY document related to property, including receipts you have for services or products
– Property Survey (if you have one)
– Most recent property tax bill
– House keys
– Garage openers
– Keypad code
7. Utility bills (electric, gas, water)
8. HOA Information (If you have one)
– Association Declaration and By-laws
– Association Certificate of Insurance
– Association’s current budget
